At Peppina Gelo we start we with a slow fermented dough. All hand molded by our trained 'Pizzaiolo's'.
Peppina Gelo use only the best San Marzano tomatoes to make their sauces, keeping to the authenticity for Verace Pizza Napoletana.
We only use Mozzarella Fior di Latte for our pizzas, specifically "Fior d'Agerola" made from the milk of Agerolese cattle, from the region of Agerola in Naples.
Like all Peppina Pizzeria's, our pizzas are cooked in a Stefano Ferrara Pizza oven imported directly from Naples.
Once cooked to perfection, we quickly 'blast freeze' the pizzas to keep that crispy, light crust ready for you to quickly reheat at home.
To cook, add to a preheated oven set to 230-250c. Place either on a baking tray or directly on a pizza stone and cooked for 5-7 minutes.
Then sit back and enjoy a pizzeria quality pizza straight from your oven.
